The SPA-495 like its bigger brothers, utilise high-pressure derived from the pump to atomize the coating as it is forced thorough the small orifice in the tip/nozzle. This high-pressure airless spraying machine is the smallest model in our range and is not suitable for continuous run time day in and day out. It was tested on an 8000m² roof, painted two coats, = 16 000m² over a period of 35 days. This equals to about 460m² per day with sufficient cool down time in between.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Always use an extension cord with a minimum gauge of 2.5 mm and a maximum length of 30 m. Before each use, fill the throat with 'Pump Lube' to prevent paint from drying on the piston, which can damage the seals.
